This monthly grand rounds series is designed to close the gaps between ideal practice and current practice of Integrative Medicine. We also hope to stimulate conversation on true integration of care and an emphasis on humanism in medicine.

Accreditation

In support of improving patient care, the University of California, San Francisco Office of CME is jointly accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME), the Accreditation Council for Pharmacy Education (ACPE), and the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), to provide continuing education for the healthcare team.

 American Association of Nurse Anesthetists (AANA) is accredited with distinction as a provider of continuing nursing education by the American Nurses Credentialing Center's Commission on Accreditation. This program is approved for a maximum of AI_TOTAL_HOURS AANA Credits.

Cancellation Policy

Although each activity will have its own cancellation policy, in general, cancellations received in writing no less than 7 days prior to the start of an activity will be refunded, less a $75 administrative fee. No refunds will be made on cancellations received after that date. Please send cancellation requests through our Refund Request form.

UCSF Office of CME reserves the right to cancel or postpone this program if necessary; in the event of cancellation, course fees will be fully refunded. We are not responsible for other costs incurred such as non-refundable airline tickets, hotel penalties, or other related personal expenses.
