AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™ (25.00 hours)

This course will address important topics in chest, gastrointestinal, genitourinary, ob-gyn, pulmonary and vascular imaging; utilizing CT, MR, US and PET. Practical applications of body imaging will be emphasized throughout, with interpretation tips for both “bread & butter” and “emerging” body imaging applications. Highlights will include updated practice guidelines in LI-RADS, O-RADS, and Lung-RADSAdditional sessions will focus on imaging-guided procedures and imaging of post-procedural complications.

1. Assess a practical approach to urgent imaging indications such as pulmonary embolism, aortic dissection, and acute pelvic pathology
2. Identify the key imaging findings and patterns of a variety of lung diseases
3. Provide a practical guide to CT and MRI safety
4. Discuss current topics of Artificial Intelligence and how to integrate into clinical practice.
5. Recognize common indications and pitfalls with PET imaging agents such as FDG and PSMA PET

California Psychologists: The California Board of Psychology recognizes and accepts for continuing education credit courses that are provided by entities approved by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME). AMA PRA Category 1 Credit^TM is acceptable to meeting the CE requirements for the California Board of Psychology. Providers in other states should check with their state boards for acceptance of CME credit.
