Overview
At the completion of this course, the participant should be able to: • incorporate the latest surcial techniques in the management of spinal disorders into practice • improve the management of brain tumors using the most up-to-date data and studies • recognize and understand the nuances of pain management in spine disorders, for appropriate tremeant • improve patient outcomes through medical and surgical managment of pituitary disorders • provide up-to-date management of cerebrovascular disorders, based on the most current data • use current management techniques and protocols in the treatment of neuro-trauma • use eveidence-based data in performing pediatric neurosurgery

Objectives
As a result of the education, I intend to:

  1. incorporate the latest surgical techniques in the managmenet of spine disorders into practice
  2. improve the managment of brain tumors, using the most up-to-date data and studies
  3. recognize and understand the nuances of pain management in spinal disorders, and treat, accordingly
  4. improve patient outcomes through medical and surgical management of pituitary disorders
  5. use current management techniques in the treatment of neuro-trauma
  6. use evidence-based data in the performing pediatric neurosurgery
  7. provide up-to-date management of crebrovascular disorders based on the most current data
