Annual Education Showcase 2026

Thursday, April 30, 2026, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Mission Bay Conference Center at UCSF

The Center for Faculty Educators presents UCSF's 25th Annual Education Showcase, an event that highlights and celebrates the scholarly work of UCSF faculty, fellows, residents, students, and staff. The showcase will offer opportunities for faculty development and will showcase the variety and quality of innovative educational work produced by our UCSF colleagues throughout the year. The Cooke Awards are presented during the selected oral presentation session.

The program will feature peer-reviewed oral presentations, topics tables, and more. All members of the UCSF community are invited to participate. We encourage those involved in health professions education to attend.

8:00 am – 9:30 am      Welcome Reception and Keynote Lecture, Fisher Banquet Room                                     (registration required)

9:40 am – 10:40 am     Morning Session A: Mini-Oral Presentations, Multiple Locations

10:50 am – 11:50 am   Morning Session B: Mini-Oral Presentations, Multiple Locations

11:50 am – 12:50 pm  Lunch and Topic Table Discussions, Multiple Locations (registration required)

1:00 pm – 2:40 pm      Selected Oral Presentations and Awards, Fisher Banquet Room

2:50 pm – 3:50 pm      Afternoon Session C: Mini-Oral Presentations, Multiple Locations

4:00 pm – 5:00 pm      Afternoon Session D: Mini-Oral Presentations, Multiple Locations

Locations for mini-oral presentations and topic table discussions will be published in the UCSF Education Showcase Program Book.

Onsite and Remote Learning Options:

The course will be offered as a live conference. Registrants are encouraged to attend in person. Zoom live stream may be offered only during specific sessions (Pacific Time). Login instructions along with the digital program book will be shared with attendees before the meeting.

An account in the UCSF CE Portal is required to register. Click SIGN IN in the menu bar and enter your email address or UCSF MyAccess credentials to complete your profile and continue with registration.

This event is complimentary for UCSF employees and affiliates.
