Module 1 Setting up Courses and Series

Prerequisites

1. Review https://ucsf.cloud-cme.com/content/getting-started to understand the basics, tour the Attendee Portal (CE Portal home page), understand relevant parts of your and your faculty’s profiles, and the language used by CloudCME.

2. Review the Activity Manager Overview.

3. Advise when registering which activity you have in progress (if any) that you would like to work on during the lab. Things get strange if more than one person is working on the same activity, so if you'd like to follow along with your own, we want to make sure you have the correct access in the system.

Next Steps:

Upon completion of the module, proceed to schedule Modules 2 and 4 (if you haven't already), and practice what you've learned here in between. For example, continue to add sessions, children, faculty, and/or agendas.

Join an upcoming CloudCME Clinic if you get stuck or have a special situation not covered here.

This module is designed for Conference Managers, Course Coordinators, Series Coordinators, Program Managers, or Program Administrators.
